Request Submission

To request a refund or make changes to your booking, please contact your operations manager directly through the booking channel used.

Refund Eligibility

• 100% Refund: For requests made at least 24 hours before the tour departure, a full refund will be issued.
• No Refund: For requests made less than 12 hours before the tour departure, no refund will be provided.

Official Cancellation Confirmation

Your booking will be considered officially cancelled only after receiving a confirmation email from info@dunebuggydubaiDXB.com.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the processing times of the issuing bank for the credit or debit card used.

Bank Fee Deduction

Please note, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Tour Departure Details

Tour departure information will be provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Timeline

To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date.
